The first capillary passive drainage support system
for raised coverings in natural stone or concrete.
TerraMaxx® DS is the first capillary passive drainage paving support system. Loose-laid tiles are laid at points using drainage/ single grain mortar on TerraMaxx® DS. The 100% raising of the drain mortar on TerraMaxx® DS prevents the capillary rising of water, thereby also preventing damp stains on natural stone and concrete coverings. Height adjustment rings make for easy laying - even on uneven seals.

- Patio terraces with ground contact, roof terraces, loggias, cantilevered balconies
- Old ceramic tile coverings / old coverings
Fall: Min. 1 % to max. 2.5 %
Sealing: Cement-based waterproof coatings, single-layer sealing sheets
Covering sizes:
- Natural stone or concrete min. 30 x 30 x 3 cm
Height of construction including covering: From approx. 55 mm
