The laying system with AquaDrain® T+
for point adhesion of thin layer, lightweight outdoor coverings.

In the TerraMaxx® laying process, self-supporting covering components are fixed at points with the TerraMaxx® fixing compound to the AquaDrain® T+ surface drainage. There is no need for water-retaining mortar layers. Seepage water is rapidly drained through the AquaDrain® T+ drainage channels.

Substrate/covering

Substrate requirements: Pressure resistant;
 for thermal insulation :EPS 035 DAA dh/XPS), min. 200 kPa

Suitable substrates:

  • Patio terraces with ground contact, roof terraces, loggias, cantilevered balconies
  • Old ceramic tile coverings / old coverings

Fall: Min. 1 % to max. 2.5 %

Sealing: Cement-based waterproof coatings, single-layer sealing sheets

 Covering sizes:

  • Natural stone or concrete min. 30 x 30 x 3 cm
  • Ceramic/clinker brick coverings  min. 30 x 30 x 1.5 cm
  • Porcelain stoneware min. 30 x 30 x 1.1 cm

Height of construction including covering: From approx. 23 mm
