AquaDrain® HU-EK


The high-load, capillary passive surface drainage system for fixed laying on non-bonded, cohesive substrates.

AquaDrain® HU-EK is a high-load and at the same time capillary passive surface drainage system – specially developed for fixed laying on unbound substrates. Unlike conventional dimpled membranes, AquaDrain® HU-EK is perforated on the underside: seepage water can flow away, even on uneven ground.

Substrate requirements: Pressure resistant; load-bearing

Suitable substrates:
• Bound substrates (concrete)
• Unbound substrates (gravel)

Seals: All types of seals can be used

Covering sizes:
• Concrete slabs min. 3 cm
(car drive-on load up to 3.5 t min. 6 cm)
• Natural stone tiles  min. 2 cm
(car drive-on load up to 3.5 t min. 5 cm)
• Ceramic elements: min. 1 cm
• Natural stone/concrete paving: min. 6 cm
-Minimum size: 6 x 6 cm
