Aluminium frame system with intelligent connection technology
for the dry laying of raised floor coverings.

TerraMaxx® RS is a stable aluminium underlying construction. Thanks to its intelligent connection technology, nothing needs to be pre-drilled or screwed together. You save approx 20% of time in comparison to similar systems. Due to storage on slab supports or dry raised floor supports, the construction height can be adjusted from all sides, creating a level base and is therefore particularly suited for the laying of XXL formats on balconies, (roof) terraces and other walked-on surfaces. With MorTec® SOFT, the joints can be closed if desired.

Substrate/covering

Covering:
Self-laying ceramic/natural stone tiles, elements
which are suitable for raised coverings.

Substrate requirements:
Pressure resistant: with thermal insulation
EPS 035DAA dh/XPS, at least 120 kPa


Suitable substrates:
Patios and terraces with ground contact, roof terraces, loggias
cantilevered balconies, walkways, old tile coverings/old
coverings, concrete, screed, thermal insulation, but also
on unbonded substrates, e.g. levelled gravel
substrates, vibrated and compacted surfaces.


Height of structure without covering: from 35 mm
