AquaDrain® VARIO

Information

The ultra-shallow box gully with dirt trap for thin-layer covering structures and wooden decking terraces. With a construction height of just 22 mm, AquaDrain® VARIO is ideal in thin-layer covering constructions such as TerraMaxx® systems or in the Watec®Drain KP+ system. The construction height also goes well with the usual wooden and WPC terrace decking thicknesses – the gully can be screwed directly onto the battens or TerraMaxx® RS aluminium frame system, and blends in well with the covering, increasing the value of the design.

Advantages

• Integrated dirt trap prevents coarse dirt from entering the drainage layer.
• Long-term corrosion protection.
  The usual box gutters are normally made from strip galvanised (sendzimir galvanised) steel sheets and subsequently shortened, slit or punched. This leaves the cut and punched edges susceptible to corrosion. The AquaDrain® Vario gutter channel is sendzimir galvanised and has a coating with a particularly high zinc content. It is also powder-coated after punching to protect against corrosion.
